Microsoft 365

The Microsoft 365 integrations let agents read and send Outlook email, manage Outlook calendar events, and search and read files in SharePoint and OneDrive.

There are two integrations, each with its own connection:

• Outlook: mail and calendar
• SharePoint / OneDrive: files

For Teams, see Microsoft Teams. For reports, see Power BI. For CRM, see Dynamics 365.

Connect

1. Open your project and go to Tools → Add tool → From template.
2. Pick Outlook or SharePoint / OneDrive and click Connect with Microsoft.
3. Sign in with a Microsoft 365 work account, review the permissions and click Accept.
4. Back in the VoisX console, select the actions you want to enable and click Install integration.

The agent acts as the account that connected. Use a shared or service mailbox rather than a personal account.

note

Some permissions, such as reading all SharePoint sites, usually need administrator approval. If Microsoft shows "admin approval required", ask your Microsoft 365 administrator to approve the VoisX app, then connect again.

Outlook

Permissions: Mail.Read, Mail.Send, Calendars.ReadWrite, offline_access

SharePoint / OneDrive

Permissions: Sites.Read.All, Files.Read.All, offline_access (read only)

Action	What it does
Search Files	Finds files by name or content
Get File Content	Reads the content of a file
List Folder	Lists the files in a OneDrive folder
List SharePoint Site Files	Lists the files in a SharePoint site's document library

Example: send a follow-up email

At the end of the call, if the caller asked for more information:
1. Confirm their email address by reading it back.
2. Use Send Mail to send a short summary of what was discussed and the next steps.
Do not send attachments or links that were not discussed on the call.

Troubleshooting

"Admin approval required"

Your organization does not let users approve third-party apps. Ask your administrator to approve the VoisX app.

The agent cannot find a file

The connected account does not have access to that site, library or folder. Give the account access, or connect with an account that has it.

401 Unauthorized

The connection was revoked or the account's sign-in changed. Reconnect the account.
