Meta Ads
The Meta Ads integration lets agents report on your Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
Connect
Meta Ads uses a system user access token from Meta Business Suite.
- In Meta Business Suite, open Business settings → Users → System users.
- Create a system user (or pick an existing one) and assign it your ad account.
- Click Generate new token, choose your app and include the
ads_readpermission. Copy the token. - In the VoisX console, open your project and go to Tools → Add tool → From template.
- Find Meta Ads and select it.
- Paste the token, select the actions you want to enable and click Install integration.

| Get Ad Insights (Custom) | Returns insights for the fields and breakdowns you choose |
Put your ad account ID (it starts with act_) in the agent's prompt.
Troubleshooting
(#200) Permissions error
The system user is not assigned to that ad account, or the token does not include ads_read.
Error validating access token
The token was revoked or has expired. Generate a new one and reinstall the integration.
